John is a sell-side M&A advisor with over 25 years of experience as a transactional investment banker focused on technology and growth verticals, with a long track record of significant transactions involving both public and private companies.
In addition to holding a senior leadership position at J.P. Morgan, John was a senior managing director at multiple leading boutique investment banks like Hambrecht & Quist, Montgomery & Co., and Signal Hill, playing a major role in strategic exits for those firms.
John received a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and served in the U.S. Navy. He serves on the boards of the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Southern California, The V Foundation Wine Board, and on the advisory board for the Injured Marine Semper Fi fund.
