We invite you to consider volunteering as a group for the V Foundation Wine Celebration! There are a variety of volunteer opportunities to suit your group’s mission and member schedules. 2026 Volunteer Grant Honoree – Cathy Yehle
I am truly honored to be named the 2026 Volunteer Grant Honoree. I began volunteering with the V Foundation in 2015, and over the past eight years have had the privilege of serving as an Operations Manager, helping ensure our guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Year after year, I return to the V Foundation because of the people. I am continually inspired by the dedication of the staff who deliver such exceptional events and by the volunteers who so generously give their time in support of a mission that touches us all.
Cancer has impacted my life personally, as it has for so many in this community. I lost my father to prostate cancer, and I am currently living with smoldering multiple myeloma, a precancerous blood condition.
I am grateful beyond words for this recognition and humbled to stand alongside this extraordinary community—holding onto hope, honoring those we’ve lost, supporting those still fighting, and believing with all my heart that, together, we will make a difference in the lives of patients and families who need it most.
